Item not received
If you have successfully placed an order and have not received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered. You need to contact the carrier to find your bag as once the item is bagged we don’t have control over it (once it’s by the carrier ) , but if the issues still persists kindly email us [email protected] we will try our best to assist you.
